About Erbey

Erbey İplik started its production life in Adana in 2018. As of August 2021, its second investment has been commissioned and it has reached the production capability of 42.000 spindle ring and open-end capacity of 1600 rotors. Erbey İplik has aimed to provide innovative and market needs under the most suitable conditions by keeping quality awareness in the forefront since its establishment. For this purpose, high quality yarn production is carried out on the tracks designed using high automation technologies, on the basis of proactive business organizations, the use of up-to-date technologies and the provision of high productivity levels.

History

Erbey Dokuma İplik Anonim Şirketi was established in Adana in 2018 with the initiatives of Beytullah Yıldız and Erdoğan Türkmen. Rising on solid foundations, Erbey Dokuma İplik expands its successful services to many different countries and grows steadily, with the awareness that every investment it puts under represents Turkey and the people of our country. And in this way, it plays an active role in the development of our country; It makes significant contributions to our social and economic development and well-being.

Erbey Dokuma İplik works with the awareness of the role of the textile industry in the establishment and development of the infrastructure of rapidly developing Turkey and thus achieving a better quality of life. As a world-class player in the sector, it constantly renews its technology in order to offer optimum solutions to the changing dynamics; Carries its knowledge forward. Learning, researching, developing, renewing and putting these experiences into practice under the most appropriate conditions are among the main goals of Erbey Dokuma İplik.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class I for babies and children – shows that every single component of our fabrics has been tested for harmful substances and therefore proven harmless to human ecology and even the most sensitive skin.

GRS (Global Recycled Standard) – demonstrates that our recycled content meets requirements for chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards) – Indicates that our grades made from organic fibers comply with high-level environmental and social criteria throughout the entire organic textile supply chain when produced.

OCS (Organic Content Standards) “Organic 100” and “Organic Blended” – Allows transparent, consistent and comprehensive independent evaluation and verification of our organic matter content.
